Day 101, Pawling NY

Today was a typical hike watching my feet and thinking about the next town stop where I could feel like a human being again after a shower. I joined 3 other hikers in splitting the cost of a room in Pawling NY. We were able to get a cheap shuttle into town which was great since those road walk miles don't count. In town we used the laundry mat which was near the only pub in town so food and beers while clothes were washed. The only drawback to Pawling was the trains ran thru the center of town and about 200 feet from our hotel. Trains ran thru the night and blew their horns!!
