Day 137, East B Hill Road

I was running slow today after our big push yesterday and I found climbing the mountains difficult. At mid day I reached Grafton Notch trail head where there was trail magic-sodas, cherries, candy, muffins and egg with bacon and cheese sandwiches. During my rest here I met Rodney a shuttle guy I was going to call later in the day to arrange a shuttle ride to the Hostel Human Nature a geodesic dome from East B Hill Rd. We met Rodney at 630 along with three other hikers who asked to share the shuttle into Andover-it was a tight fit with 4 in the back seat. We got to Andover which has one store/diner/gas station Mills Market where we got snacks then onto the Hostel 15 miles outside of town. We got to the Hostel and found out the owner was on the survival show “Alone and Afraid” multiple time in different location around the world.
