Day 24, Spring Mountain Shelter

This morning I saw Jared off as he was returning to OBX and I was heading back out on the trail. Today was the warmest day yet hitting high 70’s with humidity everyone thought it was one of the hardest on trail. I switched to Vitamin I from Aspirin pain killers with great results plus the day off in Hot Springs helped. Tonight we had a storm roll in with a lightning show and rain.
