Day 34, Iron Mountain Shelter

I left Boots Off around 9:30 after the rain stopped and put in a 16.1 mile day. The hike was a nice slow ascent along the hills surrounding the lake which was in view for most of the day. I stopped at Iron Mountain Shelter with two other hikers. It was a quite night with everyone turning in early to get out of the cold night air.
