Day 56, Brown Mountain Creek Shelter

In the morning a group of us asked for a 7am departure to get an early start on trail so it was blueberry pancakes and coffee at 6:15 then a quick load up and back to trail. I hiked 20.0 miles to the Brown Mountain Shelter thru a constant mist that put a chill in the air and made everything damp along with a constant never ending ascent (at least it felt that way)
